Public Forum Speaker: San Mateo County Board of Supervisors Meeting; Redwood City, CA, Hall of Justice, CA; Gave slide presentation to board of supervisors showing physical basis for secondhand smoke transfer between housing units and measurements of smoke levels in a condominium in support of moving forward with an ordinance that would ban smoking in apartments and condos in unincorporated areas. Item 6. Result of meeting: Council asked for ordinance draft by next summer. Tuesday, March 25, 2014.
